She co-founded Plum Analytics in 2012, and it was acquired by EBSCO in less than 2 years. Plum was then acquired by Elsevier in 2017. Andrea served as the VP of Research Metrics in product management while at Elsevier. She worked as a cross-functional leader to modernize measurements of research impact across Elsevier's suite of research product tools and scholarly publishing platforms.
